Terence brings over 15 years extensive experience in the renewable energy investment, M&A and deal structuring sectors along with an astute eye for building and negotiating new market opportunities and growth strategies. Terence oversees and implements Greenfield's UK & European commercial partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Edward has extensive knowledge and experience in the origination, development, management, and delivery of multiple utility scale projects across the UK, specializing in Solar, Battery and Power Generation. Edward oversees Greenfield's development team and is responsible for delivering the UK portfolio of c3GW of clean energy projects.

Andrew brings extensive experience within both FTSE-100 and start-up organisations and as Greenfield’s Finance Manager he controls Greenfield’s UK project spend, accounts, financial strategies and commercial deliverables, alongside playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within commercial budget.

Olivia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge across the renewable land and sustainable development landscape. Her attention to detail is unmatched and Olivia plays a key role in Greenfield’s development team, overseeing the delivery of multiple projects across the UK.

Tom brings extensive knowledge and experience across both the renewable and real-estate development sectors with an astute eye for investment and development opportunities. Tom forms part of the project development team at Greenfield, managing and delivering multiple renewable distribution and transmission projects across the UK.

Specialising in full turn-key development, Flavia excels in managing projects from land inception through to planning approval and brings infectious energy and enthusiasm to every project she delivers. Flavia plays a key role in Greenfield’s development team, managing and delivering multiple renewable projects across the UK.

Jonathan’s background in electrical engineering and grid analysis ensures Greenfield are at the fore front of identifying and securing viable grid capacity across the UK. His ability to forward think and navigate the complex grid landscapes enables Greenfield to deliver key projects that make a real impact to the UK’s net zero commitment.

With over 10 years of managing and leading major infrastructure projects, Katie develops and implements Greenfield’s planning strategy across all projects. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and cross-sectional stakeholder management ensures each Greenfield project is delivered to the highest standards.

Hayden brings extensive real-estate and environmental planning experience both within the private and social housing sectors. Forming a key part of the planning and development team at Greenfield, Hayden supports and advises on site appraisals, external partners and stakeholders, planning preparation and submissions to ensure each Greenfield project is delivered to the highest standards.

As our Project Lead, Elisha spearheads Greenfield’s site origination, land mapping and early-stage assessments. Her extensive experience in GIS mapping, land development expertise and team-player mentality makes her a crucial pillar to Greenfield’s delivery and success across all its UK projects.

Darren holds an extensive track-record in real-estate and land development and plays a key part in Greenfield’s land identification and project delivery, working with landowners, land agents and Greenfield’s project delivery team to ensure each stage of the project is delivered to plan and on-time.

Finlay leads Greenfield’s land development activities in Scotland, spearheading all land assessment and development opportunities. His background in Geography, environmental studies and sustainable land development, alongside his infectious enthusiasm for innovation and clean energy makes him a key part of Greenfield's presence in Scotland and beyond.

Tom manages Greenfield’s land development across the South-West and Wales and holds extensive experience in identifying, assessing and supporting Greenfield’s development team in delivering a number of major energy projects within these areas. As a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer, Tom also plays a key role in shaping Greenfield’s growth across wider technologies and land development within the UK.

Anne-Sofie underpins the professional management and smooth running of the Greenfield business. By both implementing and managing HR and employee protocols, she also ensures day-to-day communications, company events, well-being and wider business needs are met, acknowledged, and delivered to the highest standards.

Katia brings to Greenfield a wealth of experience and market insights across the sustainability and built environment sectors that both enhance and elevate Greenfield's vision and growth. Her intuitive creativity allows Greenfield to be different, to challenge the norm and make a real change to the UK’s future energy landscape.

With a background in Energy Engineering and a specialisation in Renewable Technology, Aoun has worked extensively within both the UK and Italian markets. His expertise includes designing and assessing project designs, as well as system modelling for future forecasting. A passionate advocate for renewable energy, Aoun is dedicated to developing sustainable energy solutions and thrives as a team player in fast-paced environments.
